Anyone who thinks they will meet their targets should be mindful of their track record. As one example, take this quote from the 4C dated 29.10.2019. Coby said " Weebit continues to work on improving the technical parameters of its SiOx ReRAM technology and remains on track to transfer its technology to a production fab by December 2020." There are many examples like this, so it pays to be wary of their timelines. As we are all aware this didn't happen until 2022/
