I believe that it's the likely affirmation of known items that will help spur WBT along
lots of traders wanting instant results makes for a volatile SP.
WBT negotiations will require diligence which unfortunately takes time...
would be nice to get news on skywater customer uptake and developments with other fabs
this may well occur post 4C I guess...
