It seems not to need great volumes for the Brokers' algos to walk the share price down to any level they want. I assume the objective is accumulation for those who are mandated to hold ASX300 stocks. If it wasn't for the algo trading, it seems logical that the share price would rise for a company just added to ASX300, but logic goes out of the window when such manipulation appears to take over.
