Someone mentioned a cap raise soon.
i asked about that in the context of accelerating progress, but got no answer one way or another.
IMO, the only reason for a CR would be to accelerate development of a NVM product, which would mean bringing forward entry into the many times larger market space, like 10+x embedded.
So that would be a huge plus, not a reason for a clawback, IMO.
The only other new reason for a clawback is that some investors are in the Swiss market and have to sell across the board to mark to market as nervous lenders look elsewhere.
The Swiss regulators have made a huge mistake by favouring equity over creditors in the Credit Suisse bailout.
No one in their right mind should loan money right now to any Swiss bank or corporate entity, just IMO.... Look for side-effects elsewhere.
Not financial advice, just my view.

On the other hand, the USA Fed have it about right at the moment. That doesn't mean there won't be a recession there, just that at the moment they are not making things worse.
