All I can say is that you have not been around this company long enough to have been through the ups and downs and become to believe in the integrity of the company. The formation of the CR would only be very few within the BOD that would have voting and decision making rights to have knowledge of the CR. This CR would not have come lightly or without due consideration of all the implications associated with having this CR at this time when we have enough finance to carry on with the development program as it is, unless we have potential Tier 1 clients and FABs and clients of FABs wanting our Embedded but my feeling is that they want our Discrete in production fast tracked as quick as possible and that will take more investment than currently available to get the resources to fast track development.
