my views . . nope, i dont like this cap raise . . well, actually, i dont like how it was managed. i personally feel the two aussie directors who take the lead on these matters for the company and specifically Ashley K are well out of their depth. he was ok raising finds for a micro cap but incompetent re a cmnpany in the asx300 and the releated risks re funds/shorters/investment banks of the reputation of those we used. AK . . in his capacity should have been all over this and insisted on trading halt as soon as potential of info leak arose. his
failure to do so, imo cost wbt 50c to $1 on the raise price. annoying, yes . . long term, this is $5-10 mil and will be chump change where we wbt is going. we have gold standard directors on the tech front. the two aussie director seats need to be filled with equally capable dorectos on the finance / business management / regulation front. i encourage all to push for this change.

my 2023 outlook . . i still feel it will be a banner yr.

3 and 5 yr outlook . . totally unchanged.

i will let the turbulence of the market shake and storm. on paper it looks ugly. sadly, imo this is just the big funds and investment banks pillaging $$s from mums and dads. the big boys have trading tools that will win 99.5% of the time. my key question . . has reason i invested changed . . answer = no. so what the share price reads week to week ultimately is irrelevant . . i was not planning on selling for many years, and even then, the plan is to hold majority long long term, so what share price does between now and then is as i say above, irrelevant.

have i lost some faith in the bod . . yes. but do i still have faith in the tech and our boards capabilities in commercialising it . . absolutely. and it is that second point that will determine wbts share price once all the manipulation has run its course.

time to say farewell again . . will come say hi end of june.

until then .. ride the roller coaster.
