Good info @Techo451. That conforms with my earlier assumptions. It had to have been planned earlier. No company just decides "Hey, maybe we should do a CR today, get the brokers in and we'll put something out there tomorrow. See what we can bring in." Planning it earlier would have been based on the SP closer to the time of that decision. I think they were surprised by the significant SP increase over that period, but they knew that the goal was not just in a rising SP. In your quote Coby simply confirms both of those factors.
