He's makes this comment to demonstrate why so many of the top 10 fabs are talking to Weebit about their ReRam and why so many companies are looking to reduce their geopolitical risk exposure by having options that are equal to, or better than TSMC.
All IMO and my interpretation of Coby's views. The quotes are straight from Coby himself.
