Yes, I think we could characterise this phase as 'due diligence' period. GF and other tier 1 fabs, plus fabless manufacturers will currently be putting a great deal of effort into investigating WBT's technology, modeling the potential market, and planning how they would integrate it into their process/products.
This will be a big move for them - literally a multi-billion dollar decision - and they will want to get it right. Once the decision is made and the deal signed, they will be in boots 'n all.
