That’s exactly right mate. But not because WBT is leaky, but because, in my opinion, it appears that unknown parties who were legitimately in possession of the terms and timing of the CR were able to front run the announcement, or they let slip to others. That’s not, NOT, a leaky ship at WBT. They have to take information to the market in order to get the raise done.
That is unfortunately simply how some people / organisations are prepared to behave.
