That actually doesn't matter, lots of disruptive companies trading at ridiculous MC. Theoretical MC means nothing and is BS that investment bankers need to create for a firm to change their position size, the actual end price and MC is highly irrelevant to what the calculation say. This is on the basis of my 7 years of trading experience and the fact there is a skeletal structure of the underlying market that drives the MC of a lot of companies i.e. bear market MC "cheap" bull ridiculously "overpriced" all trash noise.
