There is no doubt that there is price manipulation occurring. There are convincing arguments for shorters and tree shakes but has anybody considered an even bigger player with huge pockets forcing the price down with maybe a takeover bid in the wind? Maybe even a Tier 1 manipulating out of spite after being excluded from negotiations? There are many other possible explanations for happenings today other than shorters or shakers / accumulators, many of which the ASX should be investigating but will not as it might upset their buddies, ASX is only interested in appeasing their buddies and not retail investors. I am NOT A SHORTER OR SHAKER. Just saying maybe time to think outside the box a little and also maybe bring some pressure on the ASX to operate as they should.
Nobody is getting any of my holding (not major but also not insignificant) with these games.
