Hi Merlin88 .... BRN has a MCap of $1.9bill which puts it into a different Index than WBT. WBT may not even be on the 'Biggies' radar as yet.
Many Big Funds do not look at stocks until they reach a number of their 'set' targets - Indices is one. Also when they (Companies) reach certain targets they may buy - they are not interested in the price of the so called 'speculative type' shares with no income no proven product shares. I believe potential is not one of their set targets.
I am aware a lot of HC posters have different investment/trading rules - some none ! I saw this whilst in the Industry- however things change -- could be wrong.
My rules are a lot different to the 'Big Guys' as funds, in my case play a paramount (no H U G E ) part.
