I do find it strange that some appear to use this benchmark (notionally $5). It opened at $7.11 the day prior to going into trading halt (where it is widely suggested by many there was some leakage by some institution).
The market tested valuation is evident each the company trades!
Sure there are many "shorters" and other manoeuvres at play (accumulators etc) each day, but to suggest a CR price is the "market tested" price I just don't "buy into" ! It is significantly influenced by many factors - namely supply and demand, just the same as each days share price. There are many forces at play.
There are numerous biases that influence each and every one of us, I totally agree with that.
