Good point, though chatting with a fundie and gaining some insight there is a process in which they follow in determining such valuations for participating in a CR. I'd wager things like the Yole embedded memory report are taken into account (couple grand to purchase but nothing for a fund) in analysing projected growth of this sector and Weebit's valuation in that picture.
