I'm sure there is some process most go through, as I would also hope there is some process they go through when determining if they are going to buy on market each day.
If the company decided it wanted to raise more capital today ( for the record it won't because it doesn't need it, but just say it did) the capital raise would be at a discount of around 10 % IMO, or thereabouts.
hence the benchmark some people would use for the company value would be $3.15.....
