They are buying these levels. Why do you think it's going this low.
Multiple accounts, some short, some covering ready to short again, some long positions as well. The more panic the more a few of the 90 odd million retail shares become available to go again. Loan from the covering at these levels, cover the ones used to get to these levels, accumulate a longer hold from newly available shares that hit the market.
not mine....but there is always someone who will sell for whatever reason. This is why they do it.
