stocks don't typically reverse way up on first contract announcements. It would take 187% for the price to get back to ATHs. Plenty of time to find an entry between now and then. It's useful to remove the price of a stock from your analysis and instead try to focus on turning points. I am not fussed about buying a significantly bigger position now with previously realized gains at the current price.
I think something worth doing is reviewing a stock that actually has done the hard work and achieved a significant share price. I spent the weekend analysing PME, back testing a strategy but also noting the core-fundamentals. You can easily pump the pdfs into chatGPT and have it call out the annual developments and points of interest.
