Reram is a fundamental shift away from using transistors to resistors as the memory mechanism.
So it's natural that there is more testing and analysis before they sign contracts.
The delays to date have not been due to anything technical from WBT's side.
Also, as far as we know , none of the majors have walked away. These are billion dollar decisions for them to swap to reram, they will want to be thorough in testing.
