Responding to your final paragraph. I believe the focus should very much be around signing the tier 1 fabs / IMDs. Once you have those then you can both push and pull customers to the product. That is how you build the funnel in to the sales engine room.
A customer from Skywater would also be welcome do t get me wrong but the more fabs or IDMs that are signed the greater the blue sky horizon for us, which markets like and understand I believe.
