I'm overseas.
I'd just suggest every WBT holder check if their brokers are screwing them through the back door by lending out.
Clearly there's a disclosure requirement, if my broker added that note.
If your platform is lending out "your" shares, I can only suggest you scream like fury.
It may make a difference. They may desist using your holding against you.
The conflict of interest is off the planet here.
