Short story is anyone's guess but I haven't seen any changes in substantial holdings this week
Someone mentioned on a post earlier about if the shares they bought could be loaned out to shorters.
My understanding is if they are bought as a chess holding they cannot.
If bought through another institution then they possibly could be.
Something to consider.
