You can’t put a price on experience and ability.
Most companies would die to have the caliber of the above 2 attributes at this early stage of growth.
Now if they peaked at revenue and contracts were not being extended then yeah you may question someone’s ROI but damn it’s in the growth stage.
If it was up to me I would be paying what it takes to keep this super team intact.
