nah, just a few who need the cash for whatever reason ... a few kamikaze shorters and a few poor souls who couldn't see a money making opportunity if they fell over one.
When the first IDM signs on the dotted line ... the price will double almost instantly imo. Will one sign? Well Coby seems to have no doubt about it.
