Does anyone know the capacity of the 28nm demo chip?Our results show that Weebit ReRAM in 28nm achieves a low raw bit error rate (BER) without any need for error correcting code (ECC) or redundancy. Specifically, we show the ability of Weebit ReRAM to maintain a stable memory window after 15 hours’ bake at 210°C after 10,000 cycles. To the best of our knowledge, this is one of the best results ever reported for any company’s ReRAM.
