sounds great - I won't be complaining about them announcing something material before the end of CY 22 I can assure you.
Most likely an announcement predicated on successful Skywater qualification outcome.....that's what I'de do to derisk any agreement at this stage prior to that successful qualification - that's what tied to the Sky qualification outcome indicates
