Without speculating on what the next move will be the current action is essentially building orders on either side of the consolidation.
No signs of mass covering or a desire to go long from institutions. Price, when in a range, wants to seek liquidity to efficiently trade. Where is the likely places of 'hidden liquidity' then.
WBT is heavily dislocated from the general indices in my view. Smart move is to wait for a clear signal and not be anxious about trying to outsmart the market by catching a bottom - unless you have a superior information edge that is.
