Pretty much the same thing that impacts other small caps.
They all ride waves.
WBT is another example of FOMO
after the SP started to skyrocket I believe a lot of people jumped on board without realising how the industry works.
As reality sets in they get disappointed.
As with a mining exploration company, the road map to success has a few stages.
It's no different for WBT.
