Times are tough everywhere, so there's not much optimism at the moment. Hence there is no risk-taking.
A grungy courtroom in Lower Manhattan might begin a process where the mood of the world changes. Until the November election, everyone is stuck in a funk. What once shone, has lost its gloss, including small cap stocks. Who knows if the greatest economic powerhouse of all time will be hoist on its own petard?
Despite this, I see WBT thriving. So,other stocks might have fleas, WBT has the technology the world craves.
