have considered the same... it would be subject to any offer ie all cash or share transfer
if this occurred I would assume original owners would call on shorts to return shares
stock could also go into a trading hold to give directors sufficient time to consider value and make recommendation
either way shorts would get ejected and I would anticipate that we shareholders could also miss out on what would likely be a profitable future for the tech
not sure how the multi fab licenses translate if another fab seeks to consume WBT; my guess is that they also get terminated and compensated as a result
not the best outcome overall but it would hit the shorts in the process
