Yep, you hit the nail on the head. Whenever there are huge drops from no news from the company, including macro events etc. you know something is up i.e. shorters. It's obvious that they're shaking the tree and weak hands are folding as well. It's at these moment that you need to balls of steel and just hold, I've seen it so many times play out. I remember the huge swings in PLS in the early days, same kind of action where the sp would get smashed based off of NOTHING, I remember how emotional I used to get, but look at it now (still has shorters mind you). When there's blood on the streets, that's when you buy, hence i've bought recently.
