perhaps the silver lining for WBT that happened when the SP took off was the result that they were able to do a cap raise at $5, generating 2 years worth of cash to run the company with minimal dilution. It means they are now immune to manipulation of the SP that might otherwise make it hard to raise funds. The shorters can't use the prospect of impending cap raises as another excuse to talk down the stock.
