on what basis would they need to do that?? - thankfully that is not something we need to worry about (unlike alot of other companies at a similar stage!)
As has been communicated numerous times the company is well funded:

and why would they look to raise at the current price??? (in hindsight the raise at $5 was a masterstroke - I remember at the time everybody was upset it was done so low)
