the big institutional type investors won't buy in until the tier 1 Fabs are confirmed/announced. I believe the "buy on rumour/sell on fact" only really applies to traders. So is the news already priced in? - maybe a few traders will take profits on run-up to announcement but once its confirmed then I believe we will see the serious money come in and there won't be enough supply to hold this back - yesterday rise will seem like chump change - all IMO
