It would be beneficial to note that Product Development wherein memory is just one, albeit a crucial component, that entire process requires the participation and inputs of many departments in the end user company.
Design doesn’t only come from engineering, marketing, service and even finance has inputs.
Then prototype development and then testing and then back to the drawing board for fine tuning before approval to source all the components for mass production.
Then legal has to transform all these into engagement contracts with all the various suppliers and subcontractors and various 3rd parties.
Finally all problems are people problems. We get sick, go on leave, have accidents and emergencies, resign, etc etc etc. Nothing will move in a straight upward line before our commercial contracts are signed.
BUT THEY WILL GET SIGNED.
As has been said by many LTH, patience is the key
And as others continue to note the technology is proven, milestones are met and continue to be improved. It just takes time.
