Apart from traders, shorters and the odd buying of some posters here. I doubt we will see anything serious or confident from any substantial contingent until news drops. And that needs to be something like Coby has suggested is coming (such as the architectural contract). And given Coby's statements about, to paraphrase, "this thing is what will get the other fabs hurried along", this is probably the news. Until then it will be a plaything. The risk is that we are valued at something that needs to deliver to sustain the market cap. If we don't it's our wallets in the fire.
As @flotsam222 mentioned, opportunity cost is real.
