DB Hitek will start on 130nm, then proceed to 90nm. Nothing smaller on their roadmap to my knowledge.
GF will go 22nm---
Other than that you're chasing Intel, Samsung, TSMC & UMC.
IMO Coby should be off getting qualified at all the above so the sales can start.
