I am confident that weebits reram is superior, but I don't have a degree in computer chip design ! So I don't really know which is better. Does the adesto chip use silicon wafers ? Can it operate at 150 degrees celcius ? What is the power usage ? Read and write speeds ?
And it only matters what GF thinks really.
And then of course the price of the licensing deal. Renesas might able to be very aggressive on that score. Let's hope GF goes with the superior product and willing to pay a small premium for it...
