Youve doubled up alot here @jb206

There aren't many ReRAM players outside TSMC.

Nuvuton don't even use their own ReRAM in their own products. eMemory uses the same ReRAM again via UMC which is the Panasonic/Fujitsu ReRAM. Which Coby has told me personally that WBT has better performance/retention etc.

Innostar is another one but it is Chinese (remnants of the Crossbar ReRAM) and has poor retention and temp stats you can see this here

None of the other ones you mentioned are even close to commercialisation or have given up due to whatever reason. Remember its much easier to buy something that works than trying to develop your own technology.

I agree in principal, it will come down to market adoption of ReRAM but at the end of the day they are closest with their ears on the ground in terms of industry shift towards emerging platforms.

Also worth noting that SRAM cannot scale and is taking up more and more room on dies, at some point there needs to be a solution to address this.

Weebit just need one more big player to adopt the technology and the flood gates will open IMO

Time will tell / DYOR etc.
