Samsung has MRAM and RRAM both. They are IDMs and could not do much foundry. The design house wont go there. Because Sumsumg also is a competitor to their design house customer. Most of SS IP is in house. WBT has no chance to SS.
WBT is not a pioneer of ReRAM. Just a different way of approach.
