If you look at the big picture here with regards to Samsung and the resources they have behind them ..
If they had a mass marketable version of Reram as good as ours is now , why would they persevere with something as problematic as MRam moving forward and not develop what you are suggesting is an easy technology to produce such as Reram .
The logical conclusion is that a mass marketable Reram product that is easy to develop and replace flash , maybe isn't so easy to develop ? ?
Maybe it requires unique expertise in the industry such as we have , and a laser focus on producing a fab friendly technology ,that's cost per bit effective, using standard materials such as we have done .
Maybe our "different approach " as you put it , is the best approach to get A quality version of Reram , without inherent flaws to the market .
Maybe all versions of Reram are not the same and just maybe we have something that's unique?
And maybe , just maybe that's why we are in discussions right now with almost all the top ten fabs and IDM's
Just a thought .
