which of the "big seven" are transitioning to ReRAM? Afaik it is only a third-party produced component in the iPhone we're aware of thus far. Worth noting that the "big seven" are market forces rather than a true reflection of revenue we could produce (as its worth noting that some here consume third-party produced goods to run their businesses - of which ReRAM may be a component of (like the aforementioned iPhone component)).
In the case of Tesla many continue to tout here, the product is the share price, not the side-products like their car business (which aren't in substantial volume compared to a much more desirable car producer like Toyota for example). Hopefully this gains some traction so people can stop mentioning the name here: Greenspan v. Musk et al Document 55
Nvidia does consume embedded memory but DRAM, which is a more desirable solution since they are producing embedded GPUs that require quick access to large amounts of data (graphics).
Alphabet (Google) and Microsoft - via Nokia - are still quite niche portions of the phone market if we are to compare to Apple. However, their business that could have an impact on us is largely in cloud services. Right now, we still don't have a discrete solution and again depending on use-case DRAM may still be a preferred solution in a data center due to the aforementioned reasoning.
One of the main opportunities, even as stated by Coby, is the IoT space, such as Amazon's Alexa. Though again, we would need to see more adoption here before we can claim transition "is happening".
Although I think the focus on these is misguided based on examples like Tesla from above. We should really want to target large revenue opportunities within what is currently on hand instead.
