hey wazzie, without repeating myself too much my argument is that there have been un-met promises for quite some time, and as time goes on it looks worse and worse. Parse this with the intent of markets (to raise money) and that WBT have been saying two kinds of opposing things for several years 1) it takes time to reach agreements & 2) we're 'almost' there, the integrity of the investment proposition is encountering resistance (stock price performance reflects this too).

It's been a dangling of the carrot with severe asset depreciation and that trend remains intact. I'm not saying things can't or wont change, I'm taking about the optics right now, and how it's being reflected by the market. Where is the large accumulator who sees the current valuation as an absolute steal?
