ReRam has been around since the 1960s, its nothing new.
Most of the 20+ universities are not trying to commercialise, they're just studying reram,
Phantom has it right, anyone can make a cake, but most taste like crap. The recipe is open source, (flour, eggs, sugar), but after that there is a million ways to do it after that. Anyone can make crap ReRAM, its open sauce, weebit's sauce just tastes better
