Everyone has their own motives for posting something, some more obvious and puzzling than others. My view is that you do your own due diligence to invest into a company and then once invested continuously challenge yourself as to whether you should remain invested in that company.

As a holder, a perspective from someone who is short or that challenges your view is just as valuable to understand as it is the perspective of some who is long and supports your view. That is a way to challenge your investment thesis, good and bad.

I personally don't have anyone on ignore and don't expect that I ever will as I'd be robbing myself the opportunity to challenge my decision to be invested. If I was yet to invest and saw negative comments that were rebutted I would see that as a positive.
