If you can't see how this will change the world I can't help you. Tsmc has their own reram in iPhone and they arent sharing that i.p.
Samsung will want it. All foundries will need to be able to offer it to maintain market share. And wbt reram will sit on the shelf at tsmc one day too. But i hear cba is giving out 5% divvies. No speculation.
