Well they are not getting any of mine because as I understand that CHESS holdings cannot be loaned and mine are CHESS sponsored and no one has asked for my permission to short
I am of the opinion that only shares held in Trust (eg Master Funds, Super Funds, Trustees etc) can be loaned out without beneficial owner's permission. Am I Correct ?
