I think the 7c options are an issue and if the guys soaking up that 20m plus are in cahoots with eagle then theres a big slab who dont want the options in the money
to those guys sitting for another year or 2 with a few mil is nothing and they can soaking up millions of shares over the next 12 to 18 months , wait until the oppies expire and then start trying to get the ml moving by xmas next year
