Dont invest in small mining caps where the majority of them are great for board members and senior employees., at the expense of shareholders.Worked for one of them once ( a mistake on my part) and sat on the board of one ( not as big a mistake) Have you seen how many of them are listed? ?Last time I looked I think it was over 300!
