I'm with ainsleym, they seemingly took on a tangled fishing line with hopes that if they can untangle it there's are prize catch on the other end. It's a complicated scenario (obviously) that needs to be ironed out.
The value play is there, huge potential, but only if they can get their drill into the ground.
